JNC is a program that allows Chinese international students to take college classes durning the summer. All students are Chinese international students who are earning their degree from United States Universities (e.g., Penn State, University of Washington). Durning the summer, their visas do not allow them to stay within the States, and this program allows them to take college classes durning the summer.
The program hires instructors from the United States and has them travel to different locations within China to teach classes. The classes transfer over to the students university.
